Losing Weight with a Healthy Diet

It's nice if we have a healthy body, ideal and less susceptible to disease. One way that can be done is by living a healthy life and diet. But many people who go on diets but have failed.

Diet Failure Causes

The main cause of failure diet is a diet that is all of a sudden because they want to get results quickly, or is known as the Crash Diet. Drastically reduce eating, excessive exercise, to eliminate the lunch / dinner, it is definitely going to make ourselves tormented by hunger, or even get sick.

Diet should not be done in a hurry, but more to the long-term goals, which must be considered is the portion of food or appetite control. Stop eating before satiety, and it was very delicious to eat when in large enough portions; not make a sick stomach, do not make sleepiness, and performance during working hours does not decrease.

Menu and Meals

A healthy diet, you should not remove the feeding period. Breakfast, lunch and afternoon, is still being done. In the morning, a small piece of bread, oatmeal, or cereal is enough for me to start the day. Try not to eat foods that contain oils such as fried foods too.

Lunch, 1 / 4 or 1 / 2 servings of rice and vegetables is sufficient. Before eating and after, first drink of water, or a piece of fresh fruit. Drinking or eating the fruit before eating, will inhibit the absorption of cholesterol into the blood, and would "glut" our stomachs, so do not overeat.

Dinner is better done at about 5 pm until 7 pm, it's better to eat vegetables at dinner. Avoid sleeping with full stomach condition / management, because it could result in less good.
